HOURS: The Way Station is available on any day of the week throughout the Season
The rental time period is for 12 hours, between 10 am to 10pm.
RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS: A signed rental agreement with 50% of the total rental cost is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due 7 days in advance of your event and is not refundable. The client is responsible for returning the facility to it’s original condition. Changing of dates once deposit is received will incure a $500.00 charge. Cancellation of a date not reschedule will result in lose of the deposit.
OCCUPANCY: We can easily hold an event for 200 guests. We will provide a parking-and security crew.
WEDDING PLANNER AND OTHER SERVICES: You may also make use of our in-house wedding planner for complete organization of the event or we can help you with decorations, catering and bar, locating Wedding Photographer and DJ. Please contact us for a quote for any of these services
CATERING: We recommend a local catering service that delivers high quality and finesse with great timely accuracy. For more information please contact events@harmonicriding.com
BRIDAL DRESSES AND TAXEDO’S: We recommend the following stylish and contemporary design boutique, designer and custom tailor. For more information please contact events@harmonicriding.com
ALCOHOL: Washington State Liquor Control Board and The Way Station.
* You are required to obtain a Banquet Permit from Washington State Liquor Store. This Banquet Permit needs to be provide to The Way Station management at rehearsal or 1 week prior to event.
* The Way Station allows you to bring in your own beer, wine and champagne.
* Hard alcohol is permitted on The Way Station property; It will require a $350.00 Bar Service Fee, plus cost of drinks.
* Alcohol service will end one half hour prior to end of event (½ hours prior to rental ending time = 9:30 pm).
REHEARSAL: We will be happy to discuss and arrange a rehearsal date for your event. Two hours maximum. To be scheduled with The Way Station @ 360-867-3858
PROHIBITED: NO FIREWORKS or OVERNIGHT CAMPING
EQUIPMENT: The Way Station will provide a large and elegantly draped tented area for dining with seats for up to 200 guests at your cost utilizing our trusted vendor that knows exact measurements for area lay-out.
